tmann45, I asked because I couldn't find your exact model # under the parts site above. That usually means the engine isn't from / in the US.

Did you find the part in question on the link I posted?
I was answering for the OP, timsullivan, San Antonio shows in his posts.

Motor won't accelerate well. Fuel system is all new tank, hoses, filters, 10 micron filter, and carbs professionally cleaned. New fuel.

ring free and stabil since 2000

Starts well, idles well no missing, accelerate and it bogs down, but doesn't die. runs at 1500 rpm smoothly
              Just reread this post
I believe it was the crank position sensor like Rod posted not pulser coil.

also check to make sure your alarm system is working properly.
Could be you are having overheat putting into RPM reduction and you buzzer is not sounding. It limits RPM to about 2000

Not sure on that C60 but my C40 retards timing to limit RPM when overheat switch closes. so it is easy to check with timing light.

Do you have gauges that would indicate an alarm ?

What number three pulser coil. There is one and only one pulser coil.

Only one crank position sensor also.

                Hee hee.

                  99 caught it.
that CDI system uses two pulser coils and a CPS to make spark on 3 cylinders.

Parts catalog and the wiring diagram show only one pulser coil and one crank position sensor.

Rod or Boscoe does this motor retard timing or miss fire spark plugs duing the RPM reduction mode?
