How to remove 2013 F150XA plastic cowling on Leg?

there are 4 bolts under the cowl,10mm hex.
there are two screws that hold the seam on the fwd edge.
be aware that occasionally the molded in brass insert will spin in the plastic.
don't take it off unless powerhead removal is nessasary.

So what you're saying is if I only want to take it off for a cleaning behind it, don't bother?
