2013 Yamaha F75 Tiller Throttle Return

Hello,

I have 2013 Yamaha F75 (75hp) 4 stroke Tiller outboard and I am having an issue with the throttle return. The screw on the side of the tiller shaft is loosed but throttle does not spring back when you let go of the throttle. Everything else works as it should and I can not find a broken spring or linkage that stands out to me.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably that throttle cable needs lubricating or replacement due to wear….
