Main power wire missing..help

I purchased a used Yamaha 225 hp 2 stoke model lx225txra . I am pretty positive I'm missing the main power cable that goes from the battery to the engine to control powering stuff on..please see pic where I think it plugs into. Does any one know the part number for this cable and the part number for the main positive and negative cables. Thanks

Are you saying that the main battery cables are not installed?

Is the motor not operable?
