Yes, it looks like somehow the hose has been torn apart;
the yellow-ish colored part is the pressure regulator for the fuel rail,
the hose on it should connect to the intake manifold.
With the hose apart,
there will be excessive pressure on the rail at idle/closed throttle
as well as a intake manifold "leak"
and an erroneous reading on the MAP sensor.
You can get away without buying a new hose,
simply use an appropriate "joiner" to connect the ends.
you can buy a commercial part at an auto parts store,
or any scrap of suitably sized metal or polymeric tubing
