Fuel pump not kicking on or priming up when turn key on. No pressor on fuel rall..
done any one know why?

No power to the pump.
No ground to the pump.
Pump is defective.
All that I can think of at the moment. -
did you use the primer bulb to manually put fuel into the VST before trying to start the motor?
VST not having fuel in it can cause problems with that pump since it is lubricated and cooled by the fuel passing thru the motor and pump.
