no water going through engine

Just purchased a used 2000 150 Yamaha OS 66 V Max
replaced all lower seals and replaced water pump,
water pump is going in the right direction but I am not getting no water through the head or through the tell tale. Engine buzzer going off
I only get water through the tell tale, when I use the Yamaha flush out attachment
no water exiting tell tale with earmuffs or engine sitting in a bucket of water
can anyone help with this issue,

did you put in a water pump kit or just impeller?
How did the housing look?

drop lower again and make sure you hit the pipe when putting it together.

While you have it off hook a water hose to the pipe and turn on the water to see if it is leaking out some where.

Check Pressure relief valve to see if it is stuck open dumping the water

Thank you for your HELP,
I found the problem.
I replaced the upper seals below the water pump,
i installed the oil seal cover upside down by accident, Blocking the flow of water coming from the water pump....
