2006 25elr loss of power

I have a 2006 25elr that lost top end speed and rpms. I did a compression check and have 90psi on one cylinder and 94 on the other not sure if that is in the normal range. I replaced the fuel line from the top of tank to engine, put two new carbs on and no change. Wondering if the tank has a sieve in it clogged. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Run the motor at power while gasoline is being misted into the air intake system. See what happens.

Compression is not abnormal.
