Help with a 2003 Yamaha HPDI LZ150TXRB that won't idle.

So right before the pandemic hit here in South Florida, I finished changing all the filters for the fuel system. Engine was roaring and ready to go. We were going to take it out that weekend. Nope, Marinas closed due to pandemic. Fast forward to this past week and the motor won't even idle. It fires up for a second and then just dies. Any Ideas as to where to start my journey into figuring this out? I have the YDS software but not sure what to do with it if the motor wont start and idle. Any tips or tricks would be much appreciated! Thank you

Edit: I have the YDS Software but I am brand new to using it!

So I replaced all the filters (all the basket filters) again because it sat so long. Did not change the problem. Is there a good wright up or explanation on how to test the low pressure fuel pumps? I am still struggling!
