Lower unit leaking

Breaking this out of my other thread... Got a 15 Enduro, found water in the lower unit after last season, pressure tested and found bad oil seals. Disassembled as far as I could, cleaned up surfaces and put in new seals new impeller etc. Pressure test afterwards, seals all hold but hear air moving when ear is up to water inlet or prop shaft. Soliciting ideas... thanks
