My problem is I have two off Yammy 9.9 DEL high thrust 4 strokes as engines on a sailing catamaran. One of them consistently cuts. It does it when it is hot and when it is going into reverse. This normally only happens when approaching a jetty. With a crowd of people watching. Embarrassing. These are 2005. 2006. Vintage. Have increased the idle speed which may have improved things a bit. Have asked a couple of mechanics to have a look at it when getting serviced but it does not do it for them.
Any Sugestions?
