We have a F115 two stroke that sat for the winter. When I started it up yesterday, it sputtered for a bit then basically ran away. The motor would start and idle fine until I hit the throttle, then it would rev up but not come down unless I manually moved the idle arm (Throttle advance)lever back to normal.....? New boat to us and it was running fine (their response) when it went into winter mode...
