    F250XCA 0112
    F250XCA 0113
    F250XCA 0114
    F250XCA 0115
    F250XCA 0210
    F250XCA 0411

How do I know which suffix is correct for my engine?
I have a similar issue from Yamaha's site. I believe they are production runs. For example 0411 is April 2011.

That's logical but which production run is my 09/10 manufacture date?

I would venture to say the 0210. But I don't know squat. I'm still looking for the open ground on a fuel pump. Been looking for a longgggggggggggggg time.

The production run for a motor with a manufacturing date of 09/10 is normally 04/10 through 03/11. Next production run is 04/11 through 01/12.

Yamaha changed yearly production dates to begin on 01/12.

For the F250XCA the first production run was 02/10 through 03/11.

Yamaha likes to keep folks guessing.

Wait for the next change to keep us confused.

Not second guessing, but I just didn't see a 0410 in the poster's example.

The penultimate model listed shows a production date of 02/10.

I have changed my earlier post a bit to reflect the fact that the first F250XCA production run did not follow normal Yamaha protocol.
