no compression #3 cylinder

150 TXRS Yamaha 2 stroke. 118 psi on 5 cylinders but #3 has 0. No hole in piston; could it be read valve? Help, summer is upon us.

Nope, reeds have nothing to do with the cylinder compression.
Rings and pistons do the sealing on cylinder wall and hole
heads and gaskets could be leaking though
something is not doing it's job of sealing
Bore scope or pull the head
