Z200 TXRA HPDI 2002 lower unit

House fire last week destroyed various boating equipment stored for the winter including the lower unit which I had scheduled to change the water pump
Any experience with replacements ? any recommendations ? Any thoughts ?

I have read about some after market lower units.
some said good things some not so good

sorry to hear about a fire, those are bad things to happen
