2003 40HP tilt trim problems HELP!!!!

Ok guys I'm new here and I need help bad I have a 2003 Yamaha 40HP c40tlrb
I just pick it up and the tilt trim did not work so I replaced the tilt trim motor and the relay and I can hear it working but not moving so I put new fluid in it and still nothing I bled the air as best as I know how what could it be ???

Make sure the trim bleed off screw, located on the port side of the engine part #59 is tight;

So the T&T electric motor is operating, just no up or down?

If so, sounds like a problem inside the hydralic's.

Someone, likely Rodbolt will chime in re specific issues/problems with that unit..

I'm assuming you had the engine resting on the "mechanical flip" lever up and the rams FULLY extended when you topped off the fluid?

Yes it's all working but not going up down
And yes I had it resting on the safety bars when I topped it off
I don't no any thing about T&T so can this rod bolt be fixed ?

"Rodbolt" is a member here, Master yamaha mechanic. He'll read this sooner or later and chime in.

You'll likely need the hydralic unit torn down and re-built, but like all Yamaha's, each is different.
