F90 tilt/trim problem

I have a F90TLR. it is 3 years old, has 154 hours.

The tilt/trim motor works fine.
The Relay is new (off a new engine) and working.
The Relay Clicks but will not activate the tilt/trim motor.

I need some help trouble shooting this problem.

are you trying to say the relay works just fine on a different motor but not yours?

If so then a voltmeter can be used to check to make sure where you are loosing the pos or neg

Pull, inspect, clean and tighten ALL electrical connectors from the battery back to the starter. Including all grounds.

Just looking at and stating all connections are fine, DOES not count.

As noted above, you have a bad electrical contact somewhere..
