F80 Yamaha issues

I have a F80 Yamaha 2009 model. It runs fine until it tries to get on plane, it then runs rough like it’s missing.
my tachometer sits on 0 no matter what revs I give it.
any ideas what it could be?

Fuel injected F80? If so, what country are you in?

Hard to know precisely what is going on but my first guess would be fuel system related. What is the fuel pressure when it is running OK and what is the fuel pressure when it starts to run rough?

Analog needle and dial tachometer or digital multi-function type? What type of control box is being used? Top mount, flush side mount or external side mount?

What is the engine ID? Begins with the number 6. On the side of the motor.

Having the same issues with my f80 outboard. Wondering how I can solve the problem.

Checked fuel lines and fuel filters - all seem clean.
Checked and replaced spark plugs.
Starts and idles fine.

No rpms reading on tacho and misfires about half throttle.
