    I'm on the west coast (Santa Cruz ca) and get them from a brick and mortar warehouse called SEAWAY Marine in Seattle. A reel marine source for repair shops. I imagine they sell to the public. Don't really know
    As I've had a account with them since the crack of dawn...
    I don't use them often, last time was probably prior to 2007 (before / for my old Evinrude).

    Nice to have when needed. Expensive yes (I also have large bags of the regular ones),
    but it's not worth my time spending hours searching/driving about to save a couple of $'s.

    .Especially trying to explain (W/O a pic) to a parts guy...
