3hp lower unite removal

First time removing a lower unit to replace impeller. Any hints or tips would be great. Is there anything on line with some sort of instructions or guidance?

A service manual would be a great investment. Lot's of info in there and it's direct from the source with no worrying about guessing about what you see online or youtube. But, sure, lot's of stuff on youtube, too.
