yr 2000 hpdi 200hp loss of cyl 5 and 6 @ idle

I have this hpdi that has sorta been a pain. now the newest issue is that when you start the engine out of the water on the hose it will start and run fine to include correct operation of the shift switch( in neutral only dropping cyls2 and 3 in gear all 6 running) bring to the launch and now it starts an die just sitting in the water. at this time cyl 5 and 6 will not run unless putting into gear as soon as it sounds like it may run.
ANY THOUGHTS WOULD HELP I've been on the phone with my local rep as well as dealer support and not getting any were fast

how are you testing 5 and 6?

using ydis computer system to look at what the engine is doing as well as used an test harness to visually show that they were not working (coils not working but injectors were)
