2001 Yamaha 150 HPDI question

Got two 2001 Yamaha 150 hpdi 2-years ago w/175-hrs - service it and it ran like a top in 2014. Approaching 100-hours and want to mini-service it myself. Should I change the VS high pressure filter - $100 item.
Also, since I emptied the Vapor Separator per direction while in storage, how do I refill it? By pressing the fuel bulb in the line or how?

most likely its also ready for a water pump,all fuel filters,t-stats and a pressure control valve grommet.
to refill the VST simply pump the primer bulb.

Yes, I'm fairly new at this, but capable.
