I have gone through carbs twice and checked my electrical system and all check out good. Im thinking that I may have seals bad causing a cross draw from opposing carbs. On the intake manifold of each side there is a screw on the outer side just under each reed valve housing. If you remove these screws with the engine running there is pulses of compression. If I were to put 5 pounds of pressure in one of the hole with all the screws removed and get pressure out of one of the other holes, would that tell me if I have a blown seal? My manual doesn't show these screws nor does it say how to check for an internal leak. Am I on the correct path or wissing in the wind. My problem is fluctuating rpm at any throttle positions.
