Recently Purchased Yamaha 200 Outboard

Looking to replace fuel filter, water pump, lower unit grease and anything you can recommend doing to the motor not knowing the history. If you could provide part numbers that would be great. It is a HPFI. I am not going to put in the water until its serviced. Any guesses on the speed of the motor on a 2010 Ranger Reata?
