F150 Starting Issue

Hello all, I have a 07/2006 F150TXR that is hard to start sometimes. It seems to be after it has been run. I took it for an 1.5 hour trip and then it sat for a couple of hours. It was turning over but not running or immediately shutting off. Had to rev up the motor in neutral for a few second and then it stayed running. It did it before a couple of weeks ago when I got home from the boat ramp and flushed the engine, about 20 minutes after I pulled it out of the water. I have had the oil and plugs changed, and the injectors were cleaned with new screens. Other than this the engine runs perfect.

Check ISC valve .. any codes ?

Had the ISC valve checked, by a mechanic with the computer. It was functioning fine. One of the injectors was leaking at the fuel rail, and he said my fuel bulb was not holding pressure. Just put new injector seals on all of the injectors at the rail and a new fuel bulb, lets hope this will fix it.
