I wrote them a week ago and they simply said they were working on fixing the problem. Whatever the problem was.

Still seems a bit slow. I get a "working" message while something is going on before the post shows up.

well Looks like some of us are still in good enough shape to have found the site is back up and running.

Seems like I tried looking up a parts diagram a week ago and had trouble even opening up the parts web site.
finally got in but I think it said they were having problems with their supply chain and would be getting the site back up and running once parts got restocked.
but it could have been a different web site, you know how our memory is as we age

It was nice to find out the problem was on their end.....I was beginning to think the issue something that I was doing or not doing( operator error)....
