I have a 2000 40TLRY that runs grate except max.rmp. It will run at max rpm for about 30 sec. and then cutout but keep runing. If I slow down untill it settles down it will run at max rpm for 30 sec. again.

Most probably a restriction in fuel flow/fuel pump/fuel system venting issue...it just can't get enough fuel flowing to maintain wide open throttle....Comment

Does your alarm system function properly sounding the buzzer?
Could be over temp coming in at high RPM
also could be not getting enough fuel to run at top RPM, sucking air or a restrictionComment
