85 yammy 2 stroke carbs overflow

Ok I have a '85 150 yamaha, that when I start with the choke on the bottom carbs overflow, when I turn the choke off all the fuel just drips out. It starts stays on aslong as fast idle is at 1500 rpm.sometimes I manage to keep it on at idle at 700 rpm. But when I got to put it on gear it dies. While it's on the bottom carb just drips gas

time to clean the carbs,clean the fuel system.
inspect and replace needle valves as nessasary.
