90tlr not charging

I have a 2006 90tlr on a pontoon that is not charging.

I checked ac voltage on the 2 leads out of the charging coil and I get around 20v idle up to 130ish volts near full throttle. Nice smooth voltage increase throughout rpms. I assumed this was good but could not find specs.

I left everything hooked up and disconnected the red lead on the regulator/rectifier to check voltage. It shows no voltage. I purchased a used guaranteed replacement and it gives the same readings?

Anything else that could cause this?

Is the rpm gauge working? If not probably rectifier. If your are sure it’s good next step is under the fly wheel. Here is some info from manual. Hope it helps

Check battery voltage at idle. Also, when my rectifier went out it was HOT to the touch. When I dribbled water on it I got charging back.
