60TLRB Primestart gasket

Rebuilding carbs after a complete teardown and cleaning. Having trouble with

reasembly. Cannot get the gasket that sits behind the check valve body to

seat properly. Anyone have any suggestions? Would it leak or not work

properly if I were to install the gasket in front of the check valve body. Thanks!

Service manual shows:

gasket + diaphragm + gasket + check valve body

Parts breakdown and the way it was asembled:

gasket + diaphragm + check valve body + gasket

making sure the oring behind the valve body is in place,install the valve body, then a gasket,then the diaphragm then another gasket then the cover.
