I'm having an issue where after idling for a minute or two the motor will start leaking fuel out of the starboard side cowing latch. My research told me that is the overflow from having too much gas in the vst. So far I've cleaned the vst and made sure the float was working smoothly, replaced filters, and have also replaced the pressure relief valve. My only other thought is that it could be the needle not sealing in the vst. Does anyone know a part number for the needle and a seat if there is one? Also, could it be an issue with a fuel pump running not shutting off when it should?

and not at all when >1200 rpm.
That "relief valve assembly" is there
to prevent the lift pump from 'overpowering' the needle valve.
