possibly due to other pin / harness mismatch

I do not have the wire harness assy of the original (6S1 with pin # 1 is green), the previous owner with wire harness assy (69J with pin # 1 is white, pin # 2 is green)

I have to fix it or let it go.
(Code 39 code 39 I solved. OK)
Remaining Code 28 which still shows on both engines and 69J idle speed 650-750rpm
