Took boat out after sitting for two seasons, emptied old fuel put in new and started right up. Ran fine for about ten minutes and now no top end. dumped water separating filter and indicator filter. Starts ok but no power. IAC motor feels hot ? Cleaned out vst and screen for pump. Low fuel pumps at about 15 psi, and high at 36. Where do I go from here ?

36 psi for the rail pressure seems a bit low,
unless that is measured at idle
you should see 45 psi at 'key on'
before the engine starts
it drops while running with the throttle closed
but should be back at full pressure when the throttle is open
and there is little manifold vacuum.
besides that -
I would either pay ~$20 each to have the injectors tested &cleaned
or just pick up a cheap set on eBay
