I have a Yamaha 2005 115TLRD 2 Stroke. When I get on plane after about 10 seconds a continuous alarm goes off. I have done the following already. 1. Installed new water pump kit. 2. Installed new thermostats. 3. Installed new poppet valve. 4. Flushed the cooling system with Rydlime Marine descaler for 4 hours. I mix the oil with the fuel directly 50:1. Tell-tale has a strong stream. Any ideas? Thanks.

did you remove all of the oil injection system and modify to eliminate the low oil level alarm?
you did not say it came the factory that way.
anyway if it is an over heat alarm, then you probably need to pull the heads and exhaust cover apart and clean the cooling system.
I would measure the head temps to find out which is setting the alarm to make sure the temp is getting high enough to be a problem.
or test what is setting the alarm
Did you loose any rubber parts from an impeller?Last edited by 99yam40; 07-04-2020, 10:06 PM.
