Have a yamaha hpdi 150 Lz150txrc, will not run at idle. Replaced all fuel lines. Replaced lp hose and filter to the engine. Replaced lp pumps and fuel water separator on boat. Rebuilt the vst have 50 psi at the vst. Replaced the spark plugs and tested coil packs. Old spark plug were fowled...could it be engine is getting too much oil?; Cleaned and rebuilt injectors. Replaced thermostats Out of idle engine runs strong. Tested and set the tops sensor for 6.1 volts. Ran engine on external tank. Ran yds software didnt really get a clear picture when engine would not idle.....when I got the engine to run out of idle the yds software showed no errors. I can post screens shots of yds during attempt at idle....i posted the screens hots of it running out of gear. Could it be the poppet valve letting to much cold water in and engine not warming in? Everyone says the idle air sensor but as far as I can find in the repair manual doesn't show an iac or ics??? Any help is greatly appreciated.
