Hi everyone,
Well it looks like there are quite a few very experienced outboard mechanics on this site. Last year the alarm would go off while I would be at idle for some time. The alarm would not go off if I would be running at any speed ( probably enough water pressure at this speed). I figured the impeller was probably worn, and this year I am going to try and replace it myself. My question is, is there a Yamaha website that will give you a step by step of this procedure or is it possible that someone can walk me through it.
