91 70 hp No Spark

Hello everyone

i have a 91 70TLRP 70hp motor turns over but all 3 cylinders have no spark. Cdi? Anyone know how to test? Any help is appreciated!

kill switch grounded maybe
service manual has procedures to test ignition system

Wouldn't it not turn over if the kill switch was grounded?
