I have a 1999 225 trlrx yamaha with no gauge package.The oil pump will not pump oil from the sub tank unless I use the emergency switch. Changed oil pump, changed oil filter , cleaned sub tank and checked oil level sensor on motor. Continuity checked good. my question? can the oil level switch be bad with the continuity checking good. I have read post relating to oil problems any help would be greatly appricatied.

What is the condition of the wiring from the boat tank to the motor? -

The switch according to the yamaha manual is within specifications. The wiring harness look good,haven't done a continuity test on wiring harness.Comment
