Low Voltage at Oil Transfer Pump

Yes, I probed the wire at the splice. I will test continuity on yellow wire from 10-pin connector to yellow wire splice (should have already done this). I will also remove some insulation on the yellow wire between the splice and 10-pin connector and check for voltage there. Continue to wonder if I am missing something. By the way, do you happen to know where the yellow wire ultimately connects to the brown wire that goes to pump? Is it within the oil control module that incorporates the manual pump switch?
