I have a vmax hpdi 200 (vz200tlrb) and I'm trying to figure out why I have a 10 second hole shot. I went through every filter, fuel lines, plugs, primer ball, fresh gas, everything I can think of. It's like it takes a while to get over 2500 rpms when getting on plane, but once it does it runs fine at wot. So I took the airbox cover off tonight to see if the butterflies we're opening all the way, and saw some oil collecting on the bottom butterfly. I wanted to know if this was normal, or something that could be causing the problem. The photo I took was too big so the link I attached is of a photo I found that looks exactly like what I found.

I already replaced every filter except for the ones in the high pressure pump and it did not resolve the issue
