What is this? Vacuum port/valve by ECU 2015 F115

What is it? Hose missing? It pulls a vacuum when the OB is running. It is peeking out from behind the gray hose.

That's the "ISC" valve - Idle Speed Control
Its a way for the ECM to get air into the cylinders
since it doesn't have control over the throttle
