704 binnacle "throttle pull" set-up

Ok gang.....im to the point of rigging this C40 to the console....Motor came with a 703(side mount)...I want to go top mount binnacle....My application is the throttle has to PULL for acceleration....Do i have to swap out parts to get what I need...or buy a special part...or a part # for a yami binnacle that would just plug & play ???.....any ideas or info greatly appreciated
