Follow up:
Turns out after pulling the power head the exhaust had corrosion but not nearly as bad as we thought it would. Most of the corrosion was at the bottom of the block at the mating surface to the point it wasn't worth putting back together. Everything else on the motor was great so Ill sell for parts and keep some stuff as extras. Already sold my matching starboard motor so the hunt begins for a new used set of mechanical F250.
If anyone has a lead on a set please let me know. TIA
