96 Yamaha 75 2 stroke no spark on 1and 3

Motor has new cdi, stator,and pulsar but no spark on 1&3 but have spark on 2. Has anyone had the flywheel go bad?

I have not seen a flywheel go bad, but heard of the magnets come loose.

have you measured the peak voltages into and out of the CDI to make sure they are all in spec?
