Will not start and trim /tilt not functioning. Battery cable jump to starter - functions. Solenoid verified operational (jump 12 V to brown wire of solenoid and starter cranks).
No power 12 V at Brown wire of solenoid - key switch to start side console in neutral. Able to hot wire direct from battery to under the console to red wire of 10 pin harness - trim /tilt work.
Motor will crank over (thus 12 V at brown wire of solenoid).
What could be draining power from RED male pin of engine harness. Continuity check of RED pin to ground did not reveal any short
