2006 F250 #6 Hole not Firing

Engine started running rough this past Sunday. It did this last summer and had to replace a coil. Changed the coil and cleaned and checked the fuel injector today. Still dead in #6. Any suggestions?

So the same cylinder not firing as last year and now you replaced the same coil again?

If this correct, I would be looking at the wiring going to that coil.

OK thanks it wasn't clear to me exactly what you were saying.
Have you swapped out a know good coil from another cylinder to #6 to see if it is indeed another bad coil?

what about spark?
