I have a 2000 Yamaha 6 hp 2 stroke Model 6MLHY that I would like to add a battery charging system to. It has a lighting coil with 2 green wires coming out. I have been unable to find any information on a rectifier for this model outboard. Is there a rectifier that will plug into the two green wires that I can use? Maybe a Yamaha 6G1-81970-00-00?
