Yamaha Prop Fitment

Will a 15 1/4 x 17" stainless prop from a 2002 Yamaha 250 2 stroke fit a 2003 Yamaha 150 TXRB 2 stroke? I don't have a part no.

But probably not.

Most any V6 gear case can use a propeller that fits any other V6 gear case. The only issue comes with the use of a T1 Saltwater Series II propeller with a diameter of 15 3/4 inches, in which case the propeller may contact the gear case. Any diameter less than 15 3/4 inches in the T1 series will work just fine.

Here is what the parts catalog for a 2003 150 Yamaha indicates with respect to propeller diameters that are acceptable.
