Might be a long shot but if youve got a 10 micron strainer just check to see if the drain is closed properly. Had that happen to me.

      update F115TXRB

      new parts installed.
New fuel lines all the way to vst tank and primer ball.
New low pressure or lift pump.
New high pressure pump and grommet on top of pump.
New Vst top gasket. vst filter cleaned.
New fuel pressure regulator and ISC valve.
New fuel filter between low pressure pump and vst tank.
      New plugs.

No codes and see video of description of what is happening. One thing i noticed is isc is rattling when engine shuts off ok. but also is rattling when key is turned on also. Fuel pressure after new pump was installed went to 40 key on and 38 hen it would stay running.

Attached is a video of engine attempting to run.

      Thanks,

was that you shutting the engine down?

run the engine with the main loom disconnected.
leave the key off and re-connect the loom to kill the engine.
you can start the engine by giving the brown wire to relay 12v+.

this will tell you if you have a queer bear problem in the boat.

Take the prop off so you don't chop off your leg.

that method wont work on the f115.
the ecu and main relay need key on power to operate normally.

yes rodbolt is correct the engine just cranks. As far as the video goes the engine shuts off by itself. Any other ideas?

after numerous starts and restarts the engine began to idle and rev up out of gear. let cool off and problem reoccurs. Also isc valve rattles at key on which i thought should only rattle or rest when engine is turned off.

if the ISC valve rattles at key on you have an ecu or wireing issue.
it only is supposed to reset at key off.
and then only after the engine was actually running.

How did you fix the bad ground to ecu you had back in 2010?
It might have something to do with this problem you are having now if this is the same motor and harness
