Might be a long shot but if youve got a 10 micron strainer just check to see if the drain is closed properly. Had that happen to me.

update F115TXRB
new parts installed.
New fuel lines all the way to vst tank and primer ball.
New low pressure or lift pump.
New high pressure pump and grommet on top of pump.
New Vst top gasket. vst filter cleaned.
New fuel pressure regulator and ISC valve.
New fuel filter between low pressure pump and vst tank.
New plugs.
No codes and see video of description of what is happening. One thing i noticed is isc is rattling when engine shuts off ok. but also is rattling when key is turned on also. Fuel pressure after new pump was installed went to 40 key on and 38 hen it would stay running.

was that you shutting the engine down?
run the engine with the main loom disconnected.
leave the key off and re-connect the loom to kill the engine.
you can start the engine by giving the brown wire to relay 12v+.
this will tell you if you have a queer bear problem in the boat.
Take the prop off so you don't chop off your leg.
